So you want to know more about The Concept?

If I was to describe the band I’d say the perfect summary was Toto, meets Carlos Santana, meets Michael Bublé. The Concept deliver extremely catchy tunes with great vocal and keyboard performance (it’s not that often you see the keys player actually fronting the band but here it works so well), backed by a tight rhythm section and smooth, tasteful lead guitar work that provides the perfect counter melody to the vocals.

The band have received a warm reception since their initial début at Surface Unsigned Competition where they reached the International Finals and performed at The Indigo2 London (O2 Areana). Since then the band have shown their faces at a variety of venues across the country; performing at the official
Noel Gallagher and the High Flying Birds after show party (Birmingham), The Vaccines after show party, Glastonbudget Festival and a support slot with X Factor Star Frankie Cocozza at a sold out show in Birmingham. The band also sports a range of endorsements that they have worked incredibly hard to attain since 2011.

Make sure that you come along to the Steal The Show Tour this December!

Their self titled début EP is currently avaliable on iTunes

I’ll be posting more blogs about working with the band and you’ll get some behind the scenes accounts of what it’s like working with The Concept. I for one can’t wait!
